  Well worth the drive, absolutely fantastic views from the top of the lighthouse. The grounds are impressively maintained, with actual working toilets available in season. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but as far off the beaten path as this place is, it was a nice surprise. Speaking of the path, all but the lowest sports cars should not have any issues navigating the roads in nice weather. Wet or snowy weather will up the difficulty somewhat, but four wheel drive or an off road machine is not required. There is signage to guide you in the proper direction, but they're small and easy to miss. It's best to have the directions from the Crisp Point website which list landmarks along the way, along with a running mileage count. Come prepared, as cell phones likely won't work for most of the journey.
